She helped us figure out what we needed to do to get the house ready to go on the market, and the photographer she brought in to take the photos made the house look spectacular for listing. We had our first showings on a Friday, and had 2 offers by the end of the day Saturday, and a 3rd (excellent) offer on Sunday. By Sunday evening, we were under contract, and we were completely closed within a month. The entire process went very smoothly, and between Jamie and her closing coordinator, almost everything was handled for us.
